I’m not sure how I became Twitter friends with Mr. Tweet but he’s like that friend at a party that can tell you background on everybody you’re not friends with yet that already thinks you’re cool. He sorts through all your twitter followers that you’re not currently following back and choose the best ones for you to follow back. I must say I was impressed with the followers he returned for me. He told told me how often they update, top friends I already follow that follow them, and their rate of reciprocity.
